Bordesley Garage Ltd in Redditch

I went to book for regasing the air conditioner in my car. Explained and told they will do a free health check of the car at the same time. The next day the car was given for the regasing and at the reception I was told a diagnostic check needed and cost £138.00. I agreed and left the car with the garage. Around 5pm told they have difficulty getting the parts and asked to take the car. They have not regased the air conditioner and took £138.00. Asked for the bills/receipt they said the computer not working. I have given my email and waiting for the receipt. Appalling service and a ripoff.
