I am very disappointed with Milverdene service. I have a Ariston Boiler that was giving me error 501. I originally called Ariston and since the boiler is out of warranty they introduced Milverdene.
In Milverdene, Engineer charges £103 (with Vat) just to come and check which I agreed to, hoping I am getting someone professional.
I was not able to speak to engineer myself but the lady in the office told me in order to fix the boiler, they will need to change a part which cost another 212 pounds. I asked if there is any guarantee and lady said yes this will fix the boiler and it will work.
I come home later and see the boiler still not working giving me another error of 108 and we still have no hot water and the pressure is dropping and does not let the boiler to function.
I have ranged the Milverdene place many times (over 15 times perhaps ) and the lady always say her manager, who is not currently there, will get back to me, which never happens. The customer service is poor so as the lack of knowledge of their engineers it seems.
I am very disappointed with Ariston as well who introduced this company to me. They really need to check their subcontractors before assigning and referring the customers to them.
I do not recommend this company and Ariston Boiler to anyone, and I hope you don't make the same mistake I did.
