Disgraceful service, We were told to pick up my sisters headstone after 15 months of them fobbing us off with excuses. We needed closure but we had to get our headstone elsewhere. Our mother sent a picture of my sister we wanted in a frame. My mum was told what a lovely pic of my sister, Upon picking up our headstone the letter and photo of my sister was unopened. It beggars belief ..Do they conduct their funerals in the same way. Hope nobody has to go through what we have!!!
