Acclaimed Carpet Fitter in Nantwich

On returning home the bin was outside the front door and carpet trimmings were everywhere. Still, I was excited about seeing the new carpet. Then I trimmed all the loose ends, wiped the spot of blood off the skirting, tried to remove spray adhesive patch, noticed no plate was on landing to bathroom join etc etc. Called Gavin and got every excuse under the sun and the old never happened before. That was after he told me how rushed he had been all day. He said that he would come back and sort it. True to his word he improved it and fitted the previously unfitable door plate. We sent a message asking for bank details to settle the invoice. We then got war and peace in a text message at 3 in the morning about how yet again it's not his fault and he has high resolution photos of it looking good. This is true however, this is after myself and him spending at least an hour and a half making it so. The issue is the job was rushed, he accepts no responsibility and customer service is poor.
