Finesse in Palacefields, Runcorn

Took my 14 month who is always good when eating biscuits but when someone starts ragging his head, 'combing' his hair, he clearly wasn't a happy chappy. The woman stopped half way told us to calm him down so she could do another customer! Another woman took over did a horrific job and said she couldn't do anymore from him moving around, still can't believe I actually paid only to repay elsewhere to be fixed! Wouldn't recommend for anyone given the unfriendly unprofessional staff!
