Baytree Conservatories Windows and Doors in Sealand, Chester

I had a quote from this firm for a conservatory repair job. During the visit the salesman outlined two options, replacement glass and a complete new roof. He gave ballpark figures with the new roof being twice the cost of the glass replacement.
However when the quote arrived there was only the option for the full roof replacement. I called to discuss why the other option was not included, and that's where my experience of dealing with this firm took a nosedive. The office operative promised that the salesman would call me back, but he never did, despite my calling two further times.
So I never got to find out how good their work is, but in terms of common courtesy they fall well below my expected standards.

A great service from start to finish - very happy! I found every member of staff that I have dealt with very helpful. Quality of workmanship has been excellent and I would recommend to anyone.

I would like to say thank you to all the chaps who recently installed my conservatory. They were always polite, friendly and clean. And took pride in their workmanship.
