The Lucky Horse in Crewe

Ordered for delivery at 6.50pm, told it would be 40mins, rang back after an hour and told they were busy it would be another 15mins. Rang back again at 8.40pm, asked where it was and would they give us a discount for the wait, they said they don't do discounts and put the phone down! We never got the meal. We had ordered Pizza for the kids to tie in with our Chinese so we could eat together, never happened! I wouldn't use them again.
