Liverpool Pet Crematorium in Widnes

The lady, Tracey, was helpful and considerate, but the whole experience was dreadful. It is bad enough losing a loved animal and friend but the state of the "supposedly" crematoria resembled more of an abattoir than a place to take your loved ones. Only that it would have been more traumatic to my wife and granddaughter to have to take our dog back home and find another crematoria, I decided to go ahead. Sorry that I ever read about the place. Even the next day when I phoned to collect our dogs remains I was told that everything would be ready. When we arrived we where left waiting while Tracey ran around getting a box, ribbon and the ashes together, because it had slipped her mind. We can only hope and pray that the ashes are of our dog and not anything else. I definitely NOT recommend anybody to take their loved ones there. Go further afield and pay the extra if you want peace of mind and respect for your loss.
