Steven Foy in Clackmannan

This man was called to fix leaky guttering. He charged £120 and did not carry out any work. I should not have paid him but I did. The problem still exists and the same leak is there. I have called him on numerous occasions and months down the line, he has not returned to carry out the job properly. I have had £120 taken, no work done and have to pay for someone else to have it done now.
