Sadly, I'm unable to comment upon the quality of treatments as I never actually got to receive any. Having missed the deadline of my gift voucher due to a hectic schedule, we called Mantra to see if they could forgive the error on our part and still offer the treatment we had paid for. Unfortunately the manager declined and would not honour the £27 we had paid them.
Sadly, in the current financial climate you would think that customer service skills would be of the highest quality to placate those who are willing to keep you in business? Mantra happily took our £27 but refused to give us a product in return. What issue really is there that a gift voucher has been redeemed a month or two late?
Terrible attitude and we will not be giving them further business through gift vouchers this Christmas. We will use another salon who clearly care more about their paying customers.
