Refurbished in July 2017, our Gym now holds 45 top of the range Technogym™ equipment stations, alongside a weekly programme of 18 Fitness Classes ranging from Circuits to Yoga as well as popular Les Mills™ classes such as BODYCOMBAT™ and BODYPUMP™ all taking place in our professional studio.
The Cafe located on site will treat you to soft drinks and food after your activity, whilst offering you the perfect space to watch the fun unfold in our 25m swimming pool and adjoining fun pool with water features, slides and a Bubble Pool.
With a popular and successful Better Swim School catering for children of all ages and abilities, there really is something for everyone at Better, Saltash Leisure Centre.
