Warnock Chemists Ltd in Lisburn

A prescription from my mothers hospital Consultant was faxed over from the Health Centre on Wed lunchtime, - urgent new medication, as my 94 yr old mother had been so unwell. I called in and showed them what was being faxed over, in case it needed to be ordered in; was advised it would need to be ordered and could be a day to wait. It was to be delivered by medicare as all her other medication is delivered. No delivery took place. My mother spent a miserable weekend and by Monday I phoned to see what had happened - to be advised it had been put in a drawer on Thurs. This is unforgiveable that due to incompetence of this chemist my mother had such an unpleasant time. If Warnocks cannot be trusted to be reliable it shouldn't be given responsibility for this vital service.
