Karacha Music Ltd in Bangor

I bought a violin from Karacha Music Ltd for my nephew. Unfortunately the bow was faulty, so I contacted them via email requesting a replacement. They were prompt and helpful in replying, unfortunately in practice they fell short of the mark. Eventually I recieved an exchange, a brown bow for the black violin I had purchased, they absolutely refused to see that this was unacceptable and told me that this was the end of the matter. I would certainly not deal with them again.
