Less than professional.

At first I was met by the most uncouth member of staff, it felt like she just couldn't have been bothered ANC made the customer (myself) feel inadequate

I returned the following week to collect my suit and tie - the tie had clearly been cut up the seem, I was charged at the price of £2. 50 for this. I then received my suit. When I did, I received it in a protective bag and hanger - most professional but when the bag had been removed - the smell of it was horrendous! To have paid £9 for a dry 'clean' clearly didn't receive what I had paid got and to add to this em suit had shrunk.

I rang to see if there was anything that the company could suggest. Nothing other than to have it re- cleaned to which I would be charged a further £9 for this service.

I as the customer at first was made to feel less, paid for a tie/suit that is now practically unwearable and without as much as compensation or an explanation. Will never return!
