Excellent service. I recently had a mishap, with my heel getting stuck in a grid. I took the shoe to a member of a large chain of shoe repairers, who really left me feeling that the only solution was to throw said shoe into the dustbin. My friend, however, who frequently visits New Mills, told me about Jim & his son & said she would take my shoe into them & see if anything could be done. Voila! I now have my shoe back- superb job!
