For the initial work, very prompt, but for issues relating to works completed, I would not recommend. You spend thousand and cannot get them to rectify their mistakes. The wet room floor is bubbled by water which is seeping under the flooring from the shower. You pay to have this done to make a safer environment for a disabled person, but it is now more dangerous underfoot. Promises of coming to look and rectify are not kept.
