Grafika Ltd in Bakewell

Went with a business startup package after an initial consultation with grafika. Was promised a website business cards a5 flyers and a vehicle livery. I expressed my need for a quick turnaround. It has taken 6 months and the job is not completed. Constantly having to chase it up and being fobbed off. Passed around between several staff members. No one person dealing with the job. Trying to add costs onto the original quote. Eventually decided to get someone else to do it. 3 people I know set up similar businesses around the sametime as me. All 3 done by other design companies in under 4 weeks. Extremely poor service, overpriced. Took forever.
