Mei Wah in Chudleigh, Newton Abbot

Great food, but cannot understand for the life of me how a telephone order requires and hour and a half wait and yet if you order in person it only takes 10 minutes!!!
Surely, however you order you should be served in order of when you placed your order! So, if you want the convenience of ordering over the phone to collect your order don't bother,

Even when you do wait the extra hour only to get to Mei Wah and then they start cooking your meal.
I am confused but have suffered this ridiculous service on many an evening. I now go to Bovey Tracey. Stop press, just ordered a meal and it will be ready in 20 minutes! And it was!
