Avoid at all cost! I had one of their engineers come around to look at my faulty boiler and was quoted well over £1200 to get it sorted. I was then recommended another plumber who came around, replaced one valve and charge me £150.
Plumbforce Direct was more interested in trying to sell me a new boiler by an incompetent plumber. Even the new boiler was overpriced compared to other companies.
