Energy Systems (SW) Ltd in Thorverton, Exeter

We have been a customer for a few years now. We have our system regularly serviced by them (Normally Jonathan). On the occasions that we have had to call them out we have received prompt attention and in every case the problem has been fixed without exception. Most recently when our system packed up Jonathan attended to investigate and because he had the spare part on board he volunteered to do the job there and then and within the hour our heating was up and running again. That is good service. Also a mention to the young lady on the end of the phone (Jenny) I think. So kind and thoughtful and kept us informed as to when Jonathan would get to us. The good service starts there and we are grateful to her as well.
