Appliance Force in Benfleet

I would actually given them no stars if this was an option. I have a Rangemaster Fridge Freezer they have been trying to repair for four months now. I have had 4 compressors (all alleged faulty!!!) they then decide that its wiring in the door. So today they have fitted a supposedly 'new door' which actually looks more like a refurbished rather than new. The engineer left telling me it was all in working order and after 1 hour the fridge is still cold, door hinge and broken and to put add 'salt to the wound' my fridge is gloss and they have fitted a matt finish. I contacted Appliance force straight away - the engineer refused to come back, telling me there is nothing wrong with the door and they will order me a new hinge. The call handlers are so rude and very unhelpful. I would not recommend them at all.

Bought a wine cooler from Stellisons, and needed a repair on it. Used their webpage to contact their company Appliance Force for repairs. Appliance Force came out on 19/11 & charged £90 to diagnose the fault (which took them less than 5 minutes)-I was told a compressor & re-gassing were required. I asked the engineer if it was likely that any other part would fail on my wine cooler, as I wanted to know if it might be more economical to replace it. He said that really compressors were the only parts that failed. A few days later had a call from them to say it was discontinued. Obviously was very shocked, as they were aware of my make/model/serial number, etc before coming out & I would have thought that as a professional company that they would know the part was discontinued? We have chased them repeatedly to try to get an answer to this & have been given the run around-they don't know the transaction, they need serial number details etc (even though already given),they will call back (and do not), they're on honeymoon (!), the MD will call back (and hasn't) - then received quote on 14/12 for £501.10 to repair! Very confusing, as they originally told me they could NOT repair! Would have been much cheaper to just have bought a new one, and not used Stellison's Appliance Force :( Sadly, cannot recommend them at all.
