Bert's Butchers in Pilgrims Hatch, Brentwood

Purchased meat before from Bert's and always been pleased with the quality and service. However, on Friday I purchased a rib of beef for a family birthday celebration. It was not up to their usual high quality. The beef was rubbery, tough and a thick line of gristle ran through it. Very disappointed after putting so much effort into cooking it.
