G & A Drapers in Epping

Incredibly unhelpful company. Emailed them asking them to provide me with their company bank details so that my partner could pay off her loan early. She'd already called and checked this was okay and how much it would cost. All I wanted was the company's generic bank details so I know where to send the payment to. They were not willing to provide this and claimed it was due to data protection. Well this is silly and over the top as there's no personal information given if they provide me just with generic payment information. If they are this obstructive with a basic query then how can anyone rely on them to look after them in hardship . Definitely wouldn't use them in the future.
